Shipping policy
Orders will be delivered between:
- The hours of 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Except for public holidays.
- You will get your package within 7 days of placing the order.
- When the goods are delivered, they must be signed for. If you are unable to sign for your delivery, please provide a substitute, such as a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc. However, the company accepts no responsibility for goods signed by a third party.
- Some courier partners may require an OTP in order to complete delivery. This must be provided in order for the delivery to be completed. OTP will be given to the phone number used while placing the order.
- Vrishvrindaa Cares Private Limited is not liable for any damage that occurs after delivery.
- All claims for shortages or damages must be submitted to customer service within 48 hours of delivery. Shipping and handling costs apply.
- Shipping and handling fees may vary depending on the goods, packaging, size, volume, type, and other factors. The shipping and handling charges are displayed throughout the checkout process, and customers will be aware of them before making a purchase.
- The brand will only be responsible for adhering to the export and customs rules of the nation from which the products are delivered. The consignee is responsible for ensuring compliance with the import and customs legislation of the nation to which the products are being sent.
- The customer's order may exceed the total quantity of products permitted by their nation for clearance upon arrival. In this regard, when ordering products from the brand, the consumer must consider the limitations imposed by their nation.
- As of now, the brand will fulfill all domestic orders. The consignee, on the other hand, shall be liable for the products' entry into the nation to which they have decided to have the products transported, as well as compliance with all applicable laws pertaining to the same, including without limitation.
